Again in July
1970 after a very good winter season, the owner of the "Blumenthal Hotel
and Resort" asked my agency (SFM) to hired my band from July to
August.
I was really glad about it because not only the band was treated so well when we played there,
but also because the owner hired my
band again for the summer season.

One time
weekly, was the Yodel Party at "The Blumenthal Hotel &
Resort" and to show
that I wasn't ashamed to wear this jacket I asked the Band leader
from the Yodel Group to give me i until the end of the night, he did it
and he was proud of it.

No Yodel jacket this time because the hotel was high class and the club
was one of the best in the Amden area Switzerland.

Brand new band with
a friend of my.
We played together in Locarno and Sylvain Basan was an extraordinary
organ player and keyboarder. He was working for the Radio/TV "SSR"
in Geneva composing music for films and adds. Later he went to Bern and
worked as music teacher for the international conservatorium of the
city.

Murren had every Year a Mountain Party, which we were invited in. The atmosphere
was great, and friendly. The food, drink and dessert was incredible. So
if you want to gain weight go there!

Murren is like a family.
Drink & Enjoy it.
An other place which was in winter very touristic. It was the village of Amden. It was bigger than Murren but interesting to be there and
see different people and style.
