FROM CLASSICAL  MUSIC, TO R&B & SOUL MUSIC
In January  2000 he created his own band known as True Blue, and directed it in a very
different way than other bands. This allowed his band to play over 67 Concerts  in 18 months.
William contacted clubs owners and agents, and was also  music director .  The management of the band
was very difficult,  because of the differences between  professional  and local musicians mentality.
In September  2001,  He  created  his new band with a similar name,  but  who were ex-professional musicians .
